Free Water Test

My husband went to pick up a part and was gone for 2+ hours. He is 80 and early stage dementia, so I called them to see if he had been there. They called the next day to check if he is ok, I was surprised and impressed. The same day they delivered the parts. While here he put air in the tank and said that was our problem. This is the most caring and respectful company we have ever done business with.

Excellent service. Get them delivered & home for less then buying at the store. Don’t have to carry that much weight. Water taste good and fresh. People are friendly. Delivery guy is very respectful and helpful. Very convenient. Thanks Culligan

We started off with Culligan a few years back. We made the terrible decision to try out a different company. Worst decision. We were welcomed back to Culligan with nothing but positivity. ☺️ My husband interacted with the tech today who reinstalled and said that Glenn was great. He showed up early and needed very little from us. He said Glenn was very clean and friendly and got our water back to the way it should be. Also, quoting my husband," for Glenn's level of professionalism a raise should definitely be in his future".We would definitely recommend to anyone having water trouble!

We had a great experience from start to finish. The main issue we were dealing with was how terrible our water smelled. It was honestly embarrassing and frustrating. Toby came out to test the water and was extremely thorough. He took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done to fix it.The very next day, they had equipment installed, which really impressed us. Glenn handled the installation and was incredibly knowledgeable. He made the entire setup look clean and professional, and you could tell he takes pride in his work.We’re beyond excited to finally have clean, fresh-smelling water. The difference is night and day. Highly recommend this team if you’re dealing with water issues!

Pipe burst. Called emergency after hours. 8:15 am a technician showed up and repaired the break by 9:00 am. He was very nice & knowledgeable. Only problem was calling the after hour number the mail box was not set up so couldn’t leave a message. I couldn’t reach the on call person until 7:00 am but he was very nice and got everything scheduled. I did bring it to the attention of the office that the mailbox was not set up.

Brian initially came out to test our water and suggested a treatment system for our well water. He sold us exactly what we needed, no more no less. After six years we needed our filter refurbished, they sent out a very nice young man named John, he took our filter back to the shop cleaned it, filled it and brought it back the next day. Great guys really good water. Thanks guys

Mid week before Thanksgiving this year we decided we wanted our water tested and an estimate for whatever system they would suggest for us. This was Friday before Thanksgiving. My husband set up an appt on line for following Monday, he got a text and email confirming the appt and Toby the salesperson/ estimator/ and guy that answered all of our questions and concerns came out right on time. After prob an hour of us questioning him and him explaining everything we agreed to a water softener system. He set up an install for Tues,next day, for the install. Tues morning Glen showed up for the install with everything he needed to complete the job! Glen was done in a timely, tidy, professional manner.I would highly recommend both of these men if you are having yucky water issues. They were both very professional but down to earth and knew they are talking about and doing. I Highly recommend their service. Oh, we also got the salt service and I will also be leaving a review for the guys providing that service.Almost forgot that Toby also came the day before Thanksgiving to see how things were going and if we were satisfied so far.

He has always been available afterwards to answer any questions that we had. Culligan saved us! We moved into a house with a well, and we had sulfur in our water. The smell was unbearable! We called Toby and he was out here the next day to address our concerns and answer any questions we had. We were set up VERY quickly with our water system, including a reverse osmosis drinking water system. We purchased a new system (both softener and reverse osmosis). Our old system was end-of-life and the company was out-of-town. TheCulligan salesperson (Toby) was wonderful. Answered all our questions and returned after installation to make sure we were satisfied. The installers were terrific. Friendly and professional. Water specialist Toby came to my home for a consultation on a solution for our foul-smelling/bad tasting well water and recommended the right product for us. Very courteous and professional.
